If you bought Complete, sat the exam and failed
Import the NCEES diagnostic report for a sitting after your purchase, while your Complete access is still running, and you get another 12 months free, plus a retake plan built from that report. Exam Sprint does not include this: a 90-day plan cannot honestly promise a 12-month extension.
Why the cash refund is time-boxed and the fail remedy is not cash
Most buyers of a product like this are retakers, and NCEES publishes retake pass rates well below first-time rates. An unconditional cash-back-if-you-fail promise would therefore be a large structural discount that a product at this price cannot absorb — so we would have to hedge it with conditions, which is exactly what every other guarantee in this category does. We would rather draw the line in one sentence and tell you where it is.
What we are not claiming
We have no pass-rate history. We will not publish one until we have real outcomes and can state the sample size alongside it. Any prep company quoting a pass rate without a denominator is quoting a number it made up.
